Spine, pain and musculoskeletal medicine. Areas of expertise all areas of the spine including low back pain, neck pain, sciatica, radiculopathy, facet arthritis, discogenic pain, vertebrogenic pain, thoracic pain and SI joint pain. My expertise includes musculoskeletal and nerve injuries such as shoulders, knees, soft tissue injuries, sprains and strains. I am board certified in PM&R and Pain. I was involved in 100s of cases for the Utah Labor Commission as a Medical Panel Chair 2015-2023.
Over 20 years working for Intermountain Healthcare in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in outpatient Physiatry. I was a member of Intermountain Healthcare development team for Clinical Practice Guidelines for low back pain, neck pain and chronic pain. Former President Utah Academy of Pain Management 2008-2015. I perform fluoroscopic guided spinal injections including epidural steroid injections and radiofrequency ablation. I perform ultrasound guided peripheral joint, tendons and soft tissue injections.
