Dr. Isaac Tourgeman is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Board Certified Medical Psychologist whose scope of work consists of clinical neuropsychology, inpatient rehabilitation and acute management of neurotrauma. He specializes in the evaluation of complex neurocognitive and psychiatric conditions including acquired brain injury, post-concussive syndrome, dementia, PTSD, and mood/anxiety disorders.
Dr. Tourgeman holds certifications as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and has advanced training in psychopharmacology. Dr. Tourgeman has over a decade of experience conducting forensic neuropsychological evaluations, disability assessments, and IMEs, providing clear, evidence-based reports that integrate testing, record review, and collateral data. He also serves as Director of Inpatient Neuropsychology at a rehabilitation hospital and is coordinator of the neuropsychology concentration as faculty in a doctoral program.
