Christopher M Gooch, DO, FACEP, FACOEP is a board-certified emergency medicine physician. He completed his residency in emergency medicine/internal medicine and currently is an independent contractor. He has worked in the emergency department and worked as a hospitalist during his medical career. Since residency, he has been active in academics and is currently core teaching faculty at Trinity Health Systems in the emergency medicine residency program. He is currently a member of Ohio ACEP and serves on the education and EMS subcommittee. He was a past President of West Virginia ACEP and served on their board of directors for over ten years. Dr. Gooch is active in the EMS community currently providing medical direction to over 30 local EMS crews and is the medical director of the Jefferson County Special Response Team.
