Dr. James P. He completed medical school at Wayne State University in 1977, and he earned his MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1998. Dr. Little is an Army veteran with several years duty as a Flight Surgeon followed by specialty training at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
