Additional Information

I perform the procedures I am asked to evaluate. Active interventional practice performing epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, joint and bursal injections, viscosupplementation, and spinal cord stimulator trials. This supports opinions on whether a course of interventional treatment was indicated, appropriately sequenced, and medically necessary, based on current practice rather than record review alone. Geographic coverage. Examinations conducted at four Southern California locations: Marina del Rey, Tarzana, Valencia, and Santa Barbara. Covers Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara counties from a single retention. Turnaround. Reports delivered within 3–5 business days of examination where records are received complete, indexed, and searchable in advance. Expedited availability for deposition and trial-driven deadlines. Scope of engagement. Retained by plaintiff, defense, carriers, and third-party IME vendors. Identical rates regardless of retaining party and regardless of the opinion reached. No fee contingent on outcome. Record review without examination. Available for causation review, treatment-necessity review, billing and utilization review, surveillance video review, prior-report rebuttal, and life care plan critique. Volume records. Routine handling of multi-thousand-page productions with indexed chronology and source citation to Bates range.
