Dr. Leslie Cadet is a board-certified occupational medicine physician based in Southern California. An accomplished Air Force Veteran, Dr. Cadet's work as a Flight Surgeon aided in the successful execution of 1,080 combat missions and 2,000 airlift missions in support of Operations INHERENT RESOLVE and ENDURING FREEDOM. Following her military service, Dr. Cadet completed her Occupational and Environmental Medicine residency and earned a Master of Public Health degree at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. As founder of ASCEND Occupational Medicine Consulting, Dr. Cadet leads a multidisciplinary group that provides expert medical oversight within the workers’ compensation system. ASCEND works to ensure that medical evaluations, treatment plans, and case management decisions are grounded in evidence-based practice and consistent with established recovery timelines.
