I have 23 years of practice experience, with a majority of that time in Florida, and have also practiced in Georgia and Washington State. Throughout my career, I've worked in approximately 100 different clinics in various capacities—from full-time to temporary coverage. My commitment to professional development has led me to clinical observation trips in New York, South Carolina, California, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, and Europe. I am a certified medical examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). I've completed training in independent medical examinations, expert witness testimony, and cross-examination from SEAK, Inc., as well as peer review/utilization review training from Texas Chiropractic College. My foundational qualifications include passing the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, and Physical Therapy examinations, in addition to the Florida Board of Chiropractic Medicine practical examination. In addition to my required continuing education, I have completed programs from the following organizations: Centers for Disease Control (CDC) European Centers for Disease Control (ECDC) Veterans Health Administration Florida Department of Health/Homeland Security University of Louisville North Dakota Public Health Training Network The University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic New York Nurses Association I can perform a comprehensive independent medical examination and return a completed report within the agreed-upon deadline. My reports determine if care was reasonable, within the scope of chiropractic, medically necessary, and within the standard of care. I am also open to adjusting my report template to meet the needs of third-party administrators.
