Dr. Souris has extensive experience in conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations including independent psychological/medical evaluations on a variety of cases, Fitness for duty evaluations for safety sensitive and peace officer positions within public and private entities, as well as Franklin Mitigation Evaluations. In addition she performs risk assessment evaluations in order to discern whether the individual is able to safely perform their duties and return to the work environment. Dr. Souris is certified as a Substance Abuse Professional and has performed many evaluations based on the Department of Transportation regulations. Additionally, her extensive knowledge and familiarity with the California's Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST), being qualified as a POST evaluator and performance of second opinion assessments for those who are applying for peace officer position, has led to conducting POST approved trainings and publishing in the area of pre-employment and Fitness for duty evaluations with peace officers.
