I am a clinical psychologist specializing in forensic psychology and neuropsychology with over 15 years of experience in assessing, treating, and consulting on psychological disorders. I completed a 2-year postdoctoral re-specialization in neuropsychology through Fielding Graduate University. I completed additional training in forensic psychology at Patton State Hospital, the largest forensic hospital in the country. I specialize in providing comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for traumatic brain injury (TBI), concussions, dementia, complications from a stroke, neurocognitive disorders, substance-induced cognitive impairment, chronic pain, PTSD, emotional distress, mood and anxiety disorders, learning disabilities, and ADHD. I have been retained, qualified as an expert, and testified in criminal and civil cases in local, state, and military courts for cases involving psychological (e.g. PTSD, emotional distress, discrimination, chronic pain) and neuropsychological issues (e.g. TBIs, strokes, alcohol-induced blackout, and other neurocognitive disorders). I have completed forensic psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for immigration hearings, civil and criminal competency, personal injury, workers' compensation, pre-employment, and fitness for duty. I also provide consultation services to personal injury and workers' compensation attorneys on psychological and neuropsychological-related matters.
