Additional Information

Former President of the American Board of Vocational Experts. 45+ years’ experience as a retained expert witness. Testified as an expert witness more than 100 times including hearings, depositions and trials in state, federal and veteran cases. I provide IMEs about how psychological conditions and physical conditions can impact a person's return to work. I evaluate how (PTSD) Post trauma stress may be the result of past trauma, not current trauma. I exam how preexisting conditions and co-existing conditions have impacted the current condition. Employers and insurance companies hire me to determine the long term effect of an injury and the person's ability to find alternative work, even if they cannot return to the job they had before being injured. I determine the injured person's ability to earn an income post injury, the number of work life years they have remaining and what jobs they can do given their physical limitations. I determine how a head injury or a TBI determination can be clouded by an emotional condition and how once the emotional condition has been treated, the remaining head injury does or does not effect the injured worker returning to the same job or a different line of work. I know time is of the essence. I provide comprehensive IME reports within the requested amount of time and within the budget agreed.
