Dr. Carinci is Chief of the Pain Management and Director of the Pain Treatment Center at the University of Rochester Medical Center and an Associate Professor at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Expertise in all facets of musculoskeletal medicine with emphasis on spine, joint and extremity related pain conditions. Experience with IMEs for both plaintiff and defense involving workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury and disability. Experience with AMA Guides, impairment ratings, MMI, restrictions, limitations. Office location with ability to travel as needed.
