All basic interventional techniques under either fluoroscopy or ultrasonography (Facet, MBB/RFA, epidural [C2 and below; both interlaminar and TFESI, with the caveat that I do not do bilateral or multilevel cervical TFESI ], SI, major/minor joints and bursae, paravertebrals, peripheral nerve blocks, etc). Kyphoplasty. Platelet Rich Plasma regenerative techniques. Spinal Cord Stimulation Percutaneous Trials and Implants. Intrathecal Pump trials, insertion and management (although I prefer not to utilize this modality). Minimally invasive Interspinous fixation and Sacroiliac Joint Fusion. Medication Management. Clear communication and coordination of care between surgical specialties, physical therapy, behavioral medicine and myself. Impairment evaluations using AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 3rd and 6th edition. Chart Review, utilization management, disability review and pain-relate future needs.
