Educated at Harvard Law School and trained at the medical schools of Yale University, the University of Rochester, and the University of Massachusetts, Dr. Erickson provides high-quality and timely evaluations in all matters of forensic psychology. He is board certified in forensic psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology and is past president of the American Board of Forensic Psychology. Dr. Erickson's extensive experience in forensic evaluations includes both criminal and civil litigation. He has provided evaluations and testimony on matters including personal injury, mental state at the time of offense, criminal mitigation, the insanity defense, sex offender assessment, violence risk assessment, fitness for duty, and other matters requiring psychological expertise. He has qualified as an expert witness in state and federal court.
