I have experience in Independent Medical Examinations, Peer Review/Utilization Review work in Worker's Compensation and Auto Claims Personal Injury cases. I follow nationally accepted Guidelines (ODG, MCG, ACOEM) and the AMA Disability Guidelines 6th Edition. I have also attended live ODG Training put on by the Industrial Commission of Arizona during the adoption year for these guidelines in the state of AZ. I have experience in providing Independent Medical Evaluations (IME), Peer Review, Deposition and Testimony. I evaluate patients involved in: Auto / Casualty liability, Workers Compensation, Disability cases and in cases requested by health insurance plans. Provide a comprehensive report, records review and opinions including: current status, MMI / Impairment rating, further / future medical care, functional capacity / functional limitations, acceptance / denial of claim, pre-existing conditions, unorthodox treatment (not supported by current guidelines or literature), appropriate referrals, treatment plans, etc.
